Gluten-Free and Vegan Cupcakes will be Offered for People with Food Allergies
October 26, 2011, Lindenhurst, N.Y. -- Peace Love and No Nuts, LLC, will be providing its allergy friendly cupcakes at an upcoming car care seminar for women. Hosted by 106 St Tire & Wheel and Bridgestone Tires, this unique event chose to offer treats by Peace Love and No Nuts which the attendees with and without food allergies can safely enjoy.
Gabrielle Giacomazzo, owner and baker of Peace Love and No Nuts said, "I am thrilled to be catering our cupcakes to 106 St Tire & Wheel for this specialty, educational seminar. It is exciting to be able to offer cupcake treats to participants that may otherwise not be able to eat and enjoy them if they have food allergies. Two cupcake variations will be served. One is a gluten-free cupcake which is also peanut-free, tree nut-free and dairy-free. The other is a vegan cupcake, made safe for people who are vegan as well being peanut-free, tree nut-tree, dairy-free and egg-free.
